With 2 different impressions on the same mold 230x540x42 mm, of a medical trolley for the transport of medical equipment. Its design required the utmost attention to the surface finish and details in the care of the mold.
Pole cover
cover for pole diam.180 mm (1-imprint mold) used in agriculture to cover the poles on which anti-hail nets are applied to avoid damage. The design required great attention in the evaluation of the mechanical resistance of the piece and in the coupling with other details.
Shell Mold For Easter Eggs
2-imprint Aluminum Foil mold for Easter eggs. The dimensional tolerance for the perfect coupling of the 2 half-shells for click-clack closure is very important. Realization also of supports for pad printing of the shell with writing.
